Founded by Tammy and Rand Faaborg, the farm began as a hog farming venture, gradually expanding over the years. Recognizing the challenges within the industry, the Faaborg family, after a year of collaboration with The Transfarmation Project, made the courageous decision to shift their focus entirely — to mushrooms.  The journey to transform the hog facility into an innovative, specialty-mushroom operation, setting the stage for a farm that goes beyond conventional practices.
