Carrie has been milking sheep on her Hudson Valley farm since 2020. Every day between May and October, she milks 40 ewes who produce exceptionally creamy, sweet, protein-rich milk. Her husband, Brent, works in the Willow Pond on-farm creamery, turning the sheep's milk into yogurt and fresh cheese, which is then sold commercially in stores and at farmers' markets.
